Federico
& O'Donnell Run Well in CORR Season Finale
-
-
Lake Zurich, IL (November 8, 2007) - After completing the
Lucas Oil World Series of Off-Road Racing Tour 2007 season,
Sticker Dude Motorsports team members, Steven Federico and Lee
O’Donnell, made the decision to go west, to compete at the
2007 CORR Finals in Primm, Nevada. The teammates would be a
part of the largest PRO-Lite field to ever assemble for an
off-road race.
-
-
The specially built .94 mile long off-road course was designed
by Ricky Johnson, and built just a half hour drive south of
Las Vegas at Terrible Herbst’s Buffalo Bill’s Resort and
Casino in Primm, Nevada. The track, known as Las Vegas
International Off-Road Raceway, was the longest created for
the 2007 CORR season. It consisted of high speed banked turns,
a monstrous table top jump on the back straightaway, a wicked
rhythm section, as well as several other jumps to really keep
the capacity crowd on the edge of their seats, and the drivers
“up on the wheel” all weekend long.

Rally Update III
-
-
October 6, 2007 (Henderson, NV) - Thursday morning the Rally
headed towards Henderson, Nevada, as the Mayor, as well as the
Arch Bishop of Albuquerque, New Mexico gave the Fireball Rally
competitors a great send off. The first mission was to find
the large Tee Pee at the New Mexico/Arizona border, and take a
photograph while you sat in the Indian position wearing a
traditional head dress. Teams could get five bonus points if
you took the photo while wearing just your boxer shorts.
Sticker Dude Motorsports grabbed the bonus. -

Every team will make the journey with a different missing
child whose image & stats are affixed to the vehicle- creating
a “rolling milk carton.” -

the spectator turnout is huge. In fact, this year, an

6, O’Donnell Unable to Compete
-
-
Lake Zurich, IL (July 17, 2007) – Sticker Dude Motorsports arrived
in Bark River without Lee O’Donnell, as his crew discovered a
serious engine problem on Thursday. Undaunted, the crew at Race
Fab thrashed all night, repairing his motor. Early Friday, saw
O’Donnell’s truck take a few laps on Race Fab’s test track.
Unfortunately, the powerplant was hurt more than realized, keeping
Lee O’Donnell on the sidelines for the weekend’s festivities. This
left it up to Luke and Steven, to display the team colors and
sponsors of SDM. -

Sticker Dude Motorsports Battles Adversity in Crandon
-
-
June 26, 2007
(Lake Zurich, IL) – The three drivers that make up Sticker Dude Motorsports were looking for consistency in their driving
performance. The Pro-Light drivers, Steven Federico and Lee
O’Donnell, are veterans when it comes to Crandon International
Raceway. Luke Zoetmulder has competed at the “Big House” a few
times, and has time testing at this track, this past spring,
looking to gain an advantage on his fellow Super Buggy
competitors.
-
-
The weather in
Crandon was incredible for early June. The skies were sunny, a
slight breeze, temperatures in the 80’s, and not a cloud in the
sky all weekend. This made for some incredible WSORR racing. -

of pre-season testing.
-
-
“The test
session was important for both of us to fine tune our Fox Shox
suspension,” commented Luke Zoetmulder. “Then being able to do
this at Crandon, will benefit us even more!” -

-
Afterwards Lee

the Hankook Tires hooked up with the race surface. I was fairly
confident that we would have a solid finish, if we could come out
